You're in for a treat- the queer subtext in Moby Dick is barely even subtext, it's practically text. Ishmael keeps saying stuff like "we were in our hearts' honeymoon, he put his arm around me as if I were his wife" and then you'll see some people arguing "they're just pals" 🙄
