books whose main characters i loathed
unfortunately i do need to be a hater, but this really ranges from "enjoyed the story and the unlikeable narrator" to "i could not get past the narrator being so disgusting and repulsive, i had to stop reading" or "this person annoyed me so badly i kept reading out of spite"

i'm on my library's waitlist for it, i can't wait to get it!!! i love when characters are infuriating, especially the POV characters but i wanted to grab junie and be like "WAKE UP, THIS IS WEIRD"
i hope it’ll live up to it! same, with junie, i just find that she wasn’t even trying to better her situation or cover her tracks but instead she was just obsessed with athena! like girl wakeupppp, let me know what you think of yesteryear!
