The Wild Robot is such a sweet, endearing story that sweeps you in almost immediately. Watching Roz learn how to adapt and survive among the wild animals is incredible. It’s written in a way where you deeply relate to both Roz and the creatures around her, but it also opens your eyes to the subtle, everyday struggles of wildlife that we as humans rarely think about—like how simple environmental changes, like a beaver dam, ripple through an entire local ecosystem. It makes you reflect on just how delicate and fragile life on Earth really is.

The characters completely capture your heart. Brightbill, Chitchat, and darling Roz are all so wholesome, loving, and memorable. I found myself laughing out loud, audibly "aww-ing" through their interactions, and by the last couple of chapters, I was fully in tears. A truly remarkable, beautiful read.

This was such a good book! I never intended to read it in one sitting, but I did! The story was fast-paced and flowed so effortlessly that it made reading it a breeze.

I'm guessing the next book will focus on Lance and Genevieve, maybe. I really hope we learn more about what's happening with Merrick. I'm excited for book two to come out now! I'm glad I waited until now to read this book, because I won't have to wait long for the second one!
