I am ngl I've been putting off reading this again for A WHILE but one of my friends told me it was really good so I guess I am finishing it.. I initally put it off because both main characters were bothering me A LOT. Also- (not really a spoiler but I mention smth that happens) It bothers me how it's supposed to be an 'enemies to lovers' kind of thing but she is very clearly lusting for him since the start. I LITERALLY marked a spot at page 61 or smth like that where she complains abt her heart beating fast when he's around or some bs like that...

Omg I loved this so much! The cover of this book caught my eye making me need to see what it was about. I love the pacing, descriptions, and how the author pulled you into the story. From the beginning to the very end you are confused, invested, and needing to see where things go. I was not expecting to enjoy this book so quickly having never read anything by the author but I'm so glad I found her. This book is a prequel to Pretty Vicious and honestly I'm glad I read it first. I really enjoy being extra background and context to help deepen a series.

Oh wow, this book has awful reviews. I’m not too worried about it yet though because I usually disagree with the majority

I thought book 1 was amazing but this one was so much better. Things start right where you left off and in full chaotic mode. So many questions get answered in this book but still I need to know what happens next. I can't wait to see where this series takes us.
