Death didn't end it
Some debts don't clear at death. Some loves don't end with a body. Some enemies are patient enough to wait for your next life. 💀 These books take the premise literally — the soul has a history, and that history is not done with you. Whether you're born again into the same war, haunted by a love you can't name but somehow recognize, or hunted by something ancient that has been counting the lives between then and now, the past in these novels is not past. ‼️ Signed - Anything Multiple Lives ⚰️

You know you're an anime nerd when you pick the book up, read the little blurb when you open the book, see the name Satoru and immediately think "Satoru Gojo!!" 🤣

I found myself only liking Anne and Wentworth; the supporting characters are truly grating, lacking any charm. The real story here is how everyone belittles Anne, gossiping in her presence and treating her with utter disregard. I see it as a powerful, uncomfortable look into the oppression of unmarried women dependent on family, not just a love story.
Liked: Anne & Wentworth. Disliked: Rest of the cast (not "love to hate"). Issue: Lack of respect/gossiping to her face. Theme: Commentary on the oppression/dependence of young unmarried women. Genre: Not a "romance" in the traditional sense, but a critique.

I looked through the quests and lists and couldn’t find anything on books with introverted main characters, so does anyone have a book recommendations, especially slice of life books, where the MC is an introvert or enjoys their solitude?

Last time I made a post asking for a random fact about you to match with a book recommendation. It's been so fun and I'm so happy so many people commented, and a few still are. It's been fun trying to match everybody, so I want to try again.
Give me your favourite song or the one that you're listening to the most at the moment or the first one you instinctively think about when you read this post.
You can request a specific genre.
I'll start: Surely not my favourite, but these weeks I'm always listening to dumb dumb by mazie.
Edit: I know I'm really late with the replies this time. I have some deadlines till the end of next week that I didn't expect to come up this soon. As soon as I'm avaliable I'll answer to everybody.

I love reading children's books and this one is really good. Can see why it earned the award.
