So far I love the dreamy/poetic world building đ€
It feels like I know where the story is going so I would love to be wrong and get an unpredictable plot twist đ€ But even if it stays predictable I'll let the author carry me along because I really like her world

Very cool facsimile within the context of reading "la désinvolture est une bien belle chose" from Philippe Jaenada, which is about the real life of the people in the photos

Must read.
It's difficult to rate this book adequately. It's not an easy read; the topic is heavy, the report is tedious and sometimes repetitive.
The depiction of Eichmann is fascinating. You understand how easily an "average man" can be involved in mass murder.
Probably a good book to re-read in the future. It's so complete and detailed that you would find a new takeaway from it.

Hello! First time ever reading the book ( have not read manacled either) and Iâve just found someone saying to reread part 1 before heading into part 3, do you recommend this on the first read or should I read it in one go first ?

It wouldn't be right to rate what's essentially Jennette recalling how it felt like going through traumatic life events.
It's good Jennette told her story.
