  • Bisexual and pansexual recs

Hi hello I am here once again to ask for recommendations. This time bi or pan recs, please. I looked for lists but I'm not really a contemporary girlie most of the time, I prefer reading fantasy and scifi, though books of other genres are welcome if they are really good stories.

Some books with bi characters I enjoyed in the past are

    • Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice
    • Ocean's Echo by Everina Maxwell
    • Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation by MXTX
    • Heated Rivalry by our lord and savior Rachel Reid (she birthed my favorite cunty bi Ilya Rozanov 🧎‍♀️🔥🙂‍↕️)
    • You, Again by Kate Goldbeck

Hope this provides a little bit of context as to what I like to read. And also, I recently made a list about cunty bisexuals and I noticed I haven't read that many books with female bisexual characters and I need to fix that STAT. They don't have to be cunty but it's encouraged

ps I'm partial to evil bisexuals, think Lestat de Lioncourt. Evil, cunty, fabulous. I like the chaos :)

I would become a one woman army to protect baby grizzly bear, Ryan Price. I loved the setting of this book and I loved Fabian and the side characters but I couldn't fully empathize with Fabian's stance about hockey, the extent of his feelings about the sport just felt extreme to me. I liked how we explored another side of queerness from the previous two books, it felt very well done. I hate to say this but the third act didn't feel very strong even if I enjoyed the angst. I want another book about these characters, this should've been longer 😭

  • What books would you like to see made into shows/movies?

What form would you like to see them take as well?

I would love to see From Below by Darcy Coates on the big screen as a live action adaptation, especially after experiencing Iron Lung in the theater. The pacing would work very well as a movie. I'd very much enjoy seeing The Locked Tomb series and The Burning Kingdoms trilogy as shows, but in different formats. TBK would work so well with live action and I want to see the beautifully designed and constructed costumes. TLT, however, I would want to see animated by the same studio that did Arcane. That style just perfectly captures the vibes and I feel like I'd be much pickier about a live action cast (apart from Taika Waititi as Jod).

  • Readers of the World, Unite!

I thought it would be kind of fun to see where in the world people are, and then folks can make friends with people from the same countries/areas (if they way, not pressure obviously).

I'll go first. I'm Canadian, and more specifically I am in British Columbia (Vancouver Island if you want to get fancy).

Try to find your country and join that thread!

    Everyone else?
