The artistic style of the speech bubbles on this full page panel is so great. The visual design does a great job showing how Becca feels in this conversation being grilled as the new kid.
When I changed schools I was in the third grade so I don’t really remember having an experience like this. I am curious what other folks experiences were with changing schools, was it like Becca’s?

You know what, as someone who played in an orchestra when I was in middle school and half of high school I find it offensive that they called the tuning before a performance “awful noises” the whole set would be “awful noises” if they didn’t tune at all. And I quite find the sound of a whole orchestra tuning to be calming. I think it’s beautiful, thank you very much.
