Good evening Bookaholics!
How has everyone's week finished? I hope it was all good!
My question for everyone today actually pertains to bad books 🫣
What was the last bad book you read? And what made you dislike it?

Does anyone else wish that they could fix typos/errors in published books? The urge is strongest for me with “objective” errors (not capitalizing proper nouns, putting the same word twice such as “the the”, misspellings not related to regional differences, etc.). However, sometimes I get twitchy about stylistic “issues” as well (such as run-on sentences). Obviously there’s no way to do this to physical books without drawing attention to the error, and I imagine that the DRM on ebooks prevents edits like that for your own personal use. I wonder if reprints ever fix these errors or if they just don’t bother.
