Loved the individual letters in this book, but it was glaringly obvious by about halfway through that the majority of the letters were written by white cis gay men, as most of the letters were very similar, and the only ones that really stood out were the few from more intersectional voices and other members of the LGBTQIA+ community than gay men. I honestly found it a bit disappointing for a book published in 2025.

A brilliant graphic novel - I genuinely learned things from it and it was sweet and charming as well as being real and honest about climate change.

Absolutely loved this!! Julie Fowlis is one of my favourite singers and I loved that she did some of the narration!! My favourites were Oak, Grey Seal, and Silver Birch 🥰

Read a few heavy books just before this, and this was the perfect lighthearted pick-me-up!! So cute, and the illustrations were utterly beautiful.

I can't say that I enjoyed this book, although I am glad to have read it. The majority of the book was extremely harrowing and I found it very difficult to get through. I would still be interested in reading them in novel form, but I thought the graphic novels were extremely well done.
