I devoured this book more quickly than the first. Might be because they added more into the lore the characters and the ambitions of not just Laia but also Elias and Helene.

This book is consistent! I wonder if more of the fey lore and politics will be delved into in the next one.

Very easy to get into and I love how we get a strong willed FMC. These days we don't have that. I enjoyed this so much I finished in two days 🤣

I would jump into the next book already but i already have the tbr lined up. So the next book will just be bumped up in priority.

Tisaanah and Max are great! I won't say more because I might spoil it but I'm just annoyed why I didn't read this sooner.

The strongest thing this book has is the mystery aspect of this story.

Gideon is our main character but she feels like the funny second main character. Which is interesting since we don't really get many stories told on that POV.. Usually it's a dual POV.

I think I was in a bit of a reading slump as I've read 10 books last month so I wasn't able to finish this earlier than I thought. If not for the character art surrounding this random I probs would have had a hard time imagining them.

Necromancers in space does not do it justice. The twists are what made me keep turning the next page. Brilliant work.
