So far I’m enjoying the lore building although I don’t hate the characters I’m not fully vibing (can’t think of a better word) with them. I also think this book has definitely benefited from me reading by an audiobook as the the voice reading 100% sells me on this and makes the mass amounts of world developing that usually happens in fantasy series digestible without getting bored. I definitely think If I physically read the book It would be a dnf for me.

Just a list of books I 100% recommend for a good time. It’s a mix of genres and lengths So you might find something to tickle your fantasy. P.S If there’s a series I’ve only put the first.

I’ve always been a fantasy book girl but in the past year my tastes have changed (still love fantasy) and I find that its harder for me to find adult fantasy series that has romance but it isn’t the main focus. YA books recs keep littering my feed so anyone got any recs?

A cute romance that got me fully invested and why I enjoyed it so much. This book it what spiralled me into purchasing all of Ali Hazelwoods works and I haven’t regretted that since.

The plot, the characters, the world and the lore are absolutely amazing. I don’t think I can recommend a book series any harder if you’re a lover of adult fantasy, romance, (slow burn) and a little mystery.
