I was so excited for this book because I love Katherine Center’s books, but it fell short :( it has such an interesting premise and setting that hooks you right away. The first half of the book is the perfect 2000s Romcom feel. But eventually it was too much miscommunication and childishness for me. The FMC is dense, immature, hard to like and makes terrible decisions. The MMC didn’t have much depth either, it felt very one sided. Overall the story felt undeveloped and rushed especially near the end.
