He’s fully in love with her already. And he doesn’t realize it does he?

“Like this, I could bite his bicep if I wanted to, the curve of it just an inch from my nose.” A protagonist after my own heart. Nice arms are hard to resist.

This was such a sweet fantasy! Not only did I devour this book, I ended up baking up a storm and devouring treats as well! This was charming story with an amazingly crafted world and had unique funny characters. Just like biting into a fresh baked cookie.

Post from the The Serviceberry: Abundance and Reciprocity in the Natural World forum
I love the bit so so much- “I might give a book to a friend. You do it, too. That simple act is the atom of a gift economy. No money was exchanged, I have no expectation of compensation in any form. That book was kept from the landfill, and my friend and I have a bond and something to talk about; the act of giving opened a channel of reciprocity.” This is something I’m constantly doing with friends and family. It’s so nice to pass along a book you think they would love and have a nice chat about it. Then they also pass books along to me.
