The audiobook is well produced and I love books narrated by the author, you can hear her intent and emotions shine through.
I appreciate the scripts and examples given for different scenarios as a neurodivergent person who struggles with boundaries, it gave me something to learn from. And I appreciate her defining boundaries and explaining what situations can be helped by boundaries and what situations can’t be. Shoutout to her for openly recommending therapy multiple times 🩷
I want to get a physical copy of this book so that I can make notes in it, rn my notes app on my phone is full of notes lol.

Love the multiple times that therapy is mentioned and suggested for different situations🩷
Some books of this nature tend to read like it’ll solve all of your problems so this is refreshing to see.

Hi everyone!
So, I’m a nerd and really enjoy deep dives into books. It was my favourite part of English in high school!
I’m looking for recs for websites / resources for literary analysis for books and poems.
I’ve seen people talk about litcharts, is this a good resource? Ty😊

As a neurodivergent person I really appreciate the examples of how to word boundary requests, as a big issue for me is not knowing how to communicate a boundary to someone.

I’m curious 🐈⬛
I’ve noticed in book communities that self-help as a genre usually has a bad reputation, but I’m not sure if I can pinpoint why exactly.
Is it the amount of bad books? Maybe, but every single genre has bad books. Is it because the bad books are more scummy as people go to this genre for help in their lives? Like bad people use it to sell ‘courses’ etc.
Interested to hear any and all thoughts!
