A fun story, but feel kind of nuetral towards it overall.

I’ve really enjoyed this series. If you want morally grey, slow burn enemies to lovers with a high witty comedy factor, this is for you. I appreciated the acknowledgment of light and dark sometimes working towards the same things. The plot was really well developed, and the comedy was top notch.

A nice, light read. A refreshing romance if you’re looking for a completely realistic use of tropes- I appreciated that deeply. The characters we well thought out and their relationship felt really natural the whole time. Also as an oldest sibling who raised their younger siblings, we hate Chess here(not really but her reaction was so blown out of proportion and contributed to such a miscommunication trope) Also seeing one of my favorite niche books mentioned in this was so cool(a marvelous light, do recommend)

A fun romp as always, relatable and accurate anxiety rep is always great to see. I love emotionally unavailable mentally ill gay people being happy❤️
