A good guide that goes through each trimester without a ton of fluff. Published in 2019 there was some advice that was not up to date, and at times I could feel the authors biases affecting her descriptions and recommendations (I don’t think money is a reason your OB is suggesting a c-section in a long labor, that’s malpractice). Overall it was fine, honestly felt like she was talking down to me and it isn’t a guide I will be highlighting and pouring over, I wouldn’t gift it but I don’t think it’s bad.

Question, If Zeus is her father, and Hades is technically the brother of Zeus... Does that mean she's going to fall for her uncle? Is this what is going on here? I know Greek mythology is messed up... But geez

I at first was very put off by the octopus having POV chapters and throughout the story, while they got better, still seemed like a way to shove the story along. Cameron’s story also was a slog but it did get better and ended satisfactorily. Overall, I did really enjoy the ending and thought it was good, but I don’t think this book lived up to the hype.
