Happy Thursday. What's been your favorite badge to earn and why? Im a bit biased to the sheer design of a badge, but also the unexpected 4+ star reads that come from participating in a readalong or seasonal. I really like my sparkly winter badge ☃️ because 1. its cute and 2. it included so many unexpectedly wonderful reads. It also got me to read books I probably would have never picked on my own!

We all have that one moment where we tripped and fell in front of people, or our tongues tied during a heated debate, and we live looking back at that memory with secondhand embarrassment for the rest of our lives. Share that moment structured as a short story, formatted after any genre (horror, fantasy, contemporary, etc).
For anonymity of the story-writers and the people that may be in their stories, all I ask is that any real names in the stories get changed to cover names. Other than that, your creative freedom can run crazy!

DNF at 10% on audio.
Reasons this didn’t work for me: -The torture was too graphic. -It had too much explicit language. -I found the humor to be a miss.
Check all the trigger warnings before picking this one up.

Looking for recommendations of true slow burns or yearning romances.
Haven’t been able to found any, the last one that was sold to me as a slow burn was anything but slow lol. So, any recommendations??

Oh...my...God...THIS is how you do slow burn enemies to lovers! It's been some time since I have been sooooo invested in the characters and their relationships that if anything were to happen to them I would be DEVESTAED. I really enjoyed the writing style, Sylvia's inner monologue, her sarcasm, and the similes and metaphors throughout. The worldbuilding was absolutely incredible, and I loved how information and context was woven throughout when it was necessary and not in an info-dump manner. I cannot wait for the next book!

Hey everyone!
The other day I saw a post of someone (I unfortunately don't remember their username) that had started a book and had noticed so many details that immediately called to them, many things they loved being mentioned, and it got me thinking... I'd love to know what is the one book that encapsulates who you are as a person. It's a great chance for us to get to know each other!
What is the one book (or series) that captures who you are as a person? It could be personality-wise, mention of many things that you love or are a huge part of your life, etc. Pick one and let us know in the comments!
I'm going to have the best time learning about everyone and maybe even add some new books to my TBR! 🎀

I’m looking for M/F romance recs that are more body diverse than what Ali Hazelwood writes. I enjoy most of her books but I am honestly annoyed that almost all of her FMCs are short and thin and the MMCs are described the same as very big and broad shouldered ect.
For context I’m newish to the contemporary romance genre. I mostly read fantasy or romantasy but I have recently learned that I do enjoy the occasional contemporary romance like Emily Henry’s Great Big Beautiful Life (this is the only Henry I have read). I’ve enjoyed India Holton’s books a lot but those lean more fantasy in my opinion. I also enjoyed the Bridgerton books but I hate the promiscuous boy vibe in those.
I prefer little to no spice or books where I can easily skip the spice. I like rivals, enemies, morally grey characters, forced proximity and fake dating a lot.
I am looking for minimal graphic language as I don’t enjoy lots of cursing on audio and it needs to have a good audiobook narrator.
Ideas?? Thank you in advance, Boundlings 🥰
