An introduction to the Romance genre, these books are part of the cultural zeitgeist or the 'canon' that many would recognize. Look for more niche titles in later Starter Pack volumes.

I’m 60% into this book and I feel like the story just got started at 50%. I do appreciate some of the world building however.

I just love Lyla Sage's books! They're always a good time, a quick read, and make me want to pick up the next one. This one had some fun rebel blue cameos :)
This book is perfect for the fall season. We head to a small spooky and ghosty town with Collins and Brady - both on a journey for a fresh start and finding themselves.
I'm looking forward to book 2!

If lights out and butcher and blackbird had a baby - this would be it. It is a little unhinged and very entertaining! Is it a great book? ... was i entertained? yes. i read it in a day LOL

This was literally phenomenal and I don't understand how I'm to go on.
This story was truly so unique. Dark, twisted, atmospheric, gothic, and romantic all wrapped up in one. I felt so deeply connected to all of the characters and I loved the first person POV aspect in that we really were inside the mind of a blinded (shrouded) and naive narrator. But the FMC developed and grew into her own person and really flipped how she has (quite literally) seen the world. Rachel Gillig continues to amaze me with her writing and I can't wait to read the next one!!
