Anthony Bourdain had such a way in his words where it makes you feel that you’re having a deep conversation with an old friend about his cooking career and life experiences. This book is a such a great way to peep inside the cooking world without fully committing to such demanding career. I can see why this book was an open door for his shows and travels to try other cultures’ food. It made me laugh and think about how it’s important to be open to just try. If it’s with food or learning about other cultures. I will forever miss words of wisdom and how he changed dining out culture. 💔

I just ran down the hall to tell a coworker that I was about to burst into tears (I'm keeping her updated as I listen)
