i’m interested in the mystery for sure but i do feel like every other sentence about daniel is about how tall and oddly proportioned he is. i feel like some of the references could have been cut—we don’t need a reminder of how big and intimidating (but purposefully affable) he is beyond the first couple of scenes with him

this was very relatable to me as I read in a pair of jeans i may have accidentally slightly shrunk (without noticing) in the wash until it was too late and i was trapped on a plane wearing them.
