I really only cared about TenSoon/OreSeur and Sazed. This book is low on my TBR, is there anything about it that might push it up higher (without spoilers)?

A very fun and interesting fast paced read. I loved the worldbuilding in this and how we slowly got more information about Lessia and her past. Lessia had to go through so much and has a really emotional past. I did not like Loche from the start somehow? I didnāt trust him and that kind of ruined their ārelationshipā for me, because it just felt off for me. I really liked reading this tho. But unfortunately, especially towards the end, some things were just conveniently left out. No spoilers, but you will know when you read it. It disappointed me a bit, because it felt like 3/4 of the book was super good and the other 1/4 ⦠itās not bad, but somehow felt like a draft? The end also felt a bit quick, but some twists and turns I definitely didnāt expect and some things still left unexplained. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed reading this and I will definitely show up for book 2. Now that we have our interesting male lead with us, Iām excited for whatās to come!!

Curious what others think.. do you count a book you have DNF'd as read on your year goals? I know some who do and some who don't. I'm on the doesn't count side. If you count it as read.. why? Honestly just curious!

Started reading the series for the second time. First time I stranded halfway book four. Thinking of reading Assasins blade after this one, because I have never read it before. Or does anyone have another suggestion for placing Assasins blade inbetween the books?š”

I dont particularly listen to music while reading, but i loooove finding songs that remind me my favorite books or characters. Are there any songs that you associate with a certain book? I would love to hear some recommendations, both books and music!!

What book absolutely broke you? It lives rent free in your head and was so emotionally damaging but you loved it and would recommend to others? Mine is tied between Under Your Scars and Torment Part 1 & 2

Watching the Tinkerbell films as a little girl and now reading about these two characters who we barely seem to know but immediately feel for. Can I just cry alone for a second? I love books :(

I feel like a lot of you are saying that you are struggling and I feel the same but I also have this feeling that it is repetitive. Just started chapter 30 and it's yet again training. I'm really doing my best to push through as I have really high expectations but it's hard
