Hi, I just joined the club.😅 I am a comic book lover and i read everything, from comics, graphic novels, manga and classic literature in graphic novels form. So,my question is are there any Comic Book Readers here, I would love to have a discussion about the comics and the culture around it!😁

Just started reading a series I loved as a teen and realized one of the characters has my deadname 😂 it was jarring to hear my old name spoken aloud since it’s not SUPER common and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else! Does it make yall uncomfortable or is it just a little weird hearing a name that was yours?

My apologies if this was in a Founder post and I missed it, but I saw a previous PB post about going through people's library's because we're nosy and want to see other's finished books or TBRs. XD
While I was visiting people's libraries for fun, I found that when you go to someone's library and shelf in the app, each book has a little icon in the bottom right with a little map... and when you click on it it shows you all that person's forum posts and progress on that book!! This is such a cool feature, I just had to point it out and see if anyone else noticed!

What a delightful read this was. Upbeat, funny, tender, sensitive, mysterious, romantic... it has it all, and trapped me from page one. All the characters are lovely, and I'm sure I will keep them in my heart for a long while, especially with the second book being SO close!! I truly can't wait!! A fun and queer spooky month read, couldn't have chosen anything better

I get really sad whenever a book comment says "it just feels like fanfiction", because I think fanfics are one of the greatest things ever. Free stories about characters you already know and love, sometimes hundreds of pages long, and sometimes so incredibly good??? I know what the comparison means but it just really bothers me, as it generalises SO MANY authors and different stories. SO! Would you tell me about a fanfic that you will never forget? For whatever reason and whatever piece of media, I'd just love it if we shared some appreciation for them!
This is a classic for the fandom but I will never forget "Dirty Laundry", a Keith x Lance from Voltron fanfic!
