kind of getting annoyed at how many times Rafe's smile/not-quite-a-smile is described in this book. It's like every other page at this point. Like I understood it the first time pls

Just finished this book and I know that there's plans for it to be turned into a film and I'm so interested to see how they'll structure the story in a way that doesn't reveal the 'twist'. I know Anne Hathaway is producing and starring in it (presumably as Natalie) and I'm also intrigued to see how she'll portray Natalie. A lot of Natalie's characterisation is shown through her unreliable narration and I feel like that will be hard to convey on screen without being too forceful.

This is one of those books where I will have to sit with the ending for a while. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and questioning all of the characters (especially our protagonist) and predicting where the book will end. But I don't know if it stuck the landing with the ending for me.
