Not sure if this is a common connection, but I defs would call myself a weeb/anime fan before I really got into my reading phase again, so as a result I cant help but find connections between these two.
Now my question is, are there any characters from books who remind you of anime characters (or vice versa!). I'm not talking about which books give anime vibes or could be adapted, but characters specifically?
The one that comes to mind for me is:
Vis Talimus (Will of the Many / Strength of the Few) He is SOOO Gachiakuta coded to me, particularly Rudo coded!! Like in my mind they're literally the same character but different fonts.
Elias Wilder (Half a Soul) Obviously he's none other than Howl. Like the whole book is a Howls Moving Castle meets Bridgerton (as they say)
But yeah, would love some thoughts on this or if any other characters come to mind, and why/how?
