I got back into reading this year after not reading for a few years (was very sick), but I used to read A LOT. I started adding books I read a few years back to my library, but I canât remember them all. Iâm wondering if it would be better to just start fresh and add only the books I read this year. It will look like I havenât read a lot though.đ I canât decide what to do! Helpđ

If you could spend a day with any book character doing whatever you wanted (in our world or in theirs) who would you choose to spend the day with and what would you do? (No unmarked spoilers please!)
I would spend the day with Piranesi from the book of the same name by Susanna Clarke and ask him to give me a tour of the House. It's such a fascinating world and Piranesi is such a sweet character who I feel would be really fun to talk to.
My second pick would be Mosscap from A Psalm for the Wildbuilt. We'd spend the day hiking and talking about science and books and then finish up with some tea and stargazing. I don't think Mosscap and I would get very far on a hike since we both have ADHD but we would have an amazing time making the attempt.

Ă la the PB review page that prompts you to pick 3 emojis to describe a book, what 3 emojis would you use to describe yourself? I feel like the book emoji is a given so maybe avoid that one (or don't I'm not the emoji police) đ
Mine would be đ€đ»â

I fell for this book as hard as Andrew fell for Thomas.
This book was both beautiful and haunting. I loved the complexed characters, the queer yearning, the stunning writing, and the ending I did not see coming.
The atmosphere is so well established in the beginning, itâs spooky and eerie, perfect for a fall read.
I just loved everything about this book. I think I discovered a new niche genre I really like.
