I read this in audiobook format and I'm pretty sure this was a mistake on my part given how the book is written and how my brain works. The lack of chapters (there are 3 chapters for 12 hours of listening) and the narration jumps made it hard for me to stay present/focused. The flow of the book was like a stream of thoughts and was competing with my own stream of thoughts (and the latter won). I will probably try a reread one day to give this book a better shot as I am convinced it's a me problem.
