What's your reading alignment? Pick your DnD-style reading type and defend your answer.
Lawful Good: finishes the TBR, shows up for book club prepared Neutral Good: reads with heart and always has a thoughtful rec Chaotic Good: mood reader with good intentions and no structure Lawful Neutral: lives for reading goals, trackers, and neat little systems True Neutral: reads what sounds good and minds their business Chaotic Neutral: chooses books based on vibes, impulse, and minor delusion Lawful Evil: treats reading like a competitive sport Neutral Evil: DNFs fast and does not trust hype Chaotic Evil: currently reading six books and buying eight more
I'm probably chaotic good with occasional neutral evil tendencies. I cannot give you any semblance of a pattern to my reading choices, it's just wherever the vibes take me. The PDA of my neurodivergent brain can lean neutral evil in response to popular recs, but I'm trying to resist this tendency because I really don't want to be projecting the "not like other girls" energy that this can sometimes put forth (in my case, certainly not for every person identifying with this category).

Is there a way to move around books in your library? I want to make a list rating all the books I read this year from best to worst but there doesn’t seem to be a way to move the books up/down the list 🤔

i was just editing my monthly plan, adding books i didn't anticipate reading but did finish, and was curious if y'all use the plan for books you want to start or plan to finish? i know i might start some books in april, but i'll probably finish them in may. it's a small thing, but i was just curious how other people are using the plan feature for their plans? pagebound is pretty guided in terms of forums and such, but we can all use different features different ways 🤸

So I’ve been thinking about reading the hunger games series. But two of my friends has told me different orders? One told me just read it in the order they’ve been published, and the other told me this order cause she said it’d make more sense: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Sunrise on the Reaping, The hunger games, Catching Fire, Mockingjay. Which order do I use? And which order do I watch the movies in?

I read a book every day last year, and I've carried that through to this year too, so I'm so proud to say that my streak is currently at 469!! So, I'm wondering what everyone else's streak is!! I've found reading every day is such a good way to ground myself and keep myself a consistent reader, and even if I only read 1 page or 1 chapter, I feel really accomplished.
