I feel so fucking manipulated. Throughout the book, I took a side. I thought I chose the lesser evil between these monsters, because Marie Lu pushed me to believe there was a “good” side! Turns out I was WRONG. I was wrong about everything. Am I happy about it? Absolutely. But do I even read books if I didn’t see how incredibly fucked I was? This book says no. No, I don’t read. I don’t know how apparently. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Putting aside my stupidity, this book was so good. I loved the magic system, the action, the fighting! It was all amazing!
