3.6 roentgen... not great, not terrible
A list dedicated to nuclear energy, nuclear disasters, the Atomic Age, and radiation. Mostly non-fiction, but I decided to include some fiction as well.

This was fine! I picked it up from the library because of the ties to Junji Ito, but he actually just was more the editor/did the cover art.
This has six horror manga/graphic novel stories, three by Japanese authors, and three by American. Uniquely, the volume can be started from either cover: the US stories from the "front", the Japanese from the "back" (by US standards); and tells you to switch directions in the middle.
None of these really blew my mind or spooked me, but I did enjoy at least three. "Kamei", about a drowning boy who meets a drowned girl/oni seeking revenge; "Window", where a man is moving out of an apartment famously abutting a haunted property with a warning not to open the window facing it; and "Never Left" where an ice fisherman runs into an old friend who's been gone for over a decade for a sinister reason.
Definitely got me primed to read some actual Ito soon!
