Na que ver con la pelicula... Muchisimo mejor. Me encanta que en el libro Nick esta de verdad enamorado con Noah. En la pelicula solo quiere tirarsela, al menos el Nick de los libros es un pelin mas romantico

Do we know the date for the third book? If we will have Conor's POV? I absolutely need his POV as much as I love Kel and Lin.

Gosh the TWISTS on this one!!!! I wasn't expecting those last 100 pages, everything went to shit in such a good and satisfying way. I just know the third book will be GOOD. I hope Cassandra Clare won't abandon this saga, she hasn't written such a good story in a long time.

If you're looking for a quick romance like the shadowhunters this book isn't for you. I was in a reading slump for many months and Sword Catcher actually helped me get out of it! The writing is immaculate, Cassandra Clare really did wonders from her first shadowhunters book until this one. It's a fantasy book heavy on politics and twists, there are many questions unanswered which makes you want to read the 2nd book immediately. I do love romance too so you won't be disappointed when I tell you there's just the right amount of romance, it is slow but the foundations are being put in place for the 2nd book. There's just enough yearning to keep you wanting to read more. There are some unpleasant characters, like Antonetta, but otherwise all the main characters are loveable and complex. Everyone keeps secrets from everyone and at times it even feels like the reader is being deceipt too. And for those wondering, yes, it is somehow a retelling of the Jewish history since the dawn of time. And no, it has nothing to do with the ungoing genocide taking place in Palestine. Cassandra Clare is jewish and I feel like she did a good job representing her own story. Go for this book if you want to read a beautifully written and complex story!
