Thank you BookFunnel for an ARC copy!! overall i really liked this book. i would've loved it if it weren't for a few things. but let's talk about what I LOVED.

Daniel; the way he remembers all these little things🥹 it's like muscle memory for him. the TENSION Elina and Daniel have omg HOT🤭 Elina; ik the feeling of having expectations of your parents. and her struggled with sleeping🥲 she had so many walls that it was nice to see Daniel slowly bring it down.

we don't get the marriage in convenience until like 85% into the book. i would've loved to see the early stages more of the marriage.

we spend a lot of time in the past getting to know them( don't get me wrong i loved it🤭) but i feel like we did t focus too much on the present.

we didn't see much of the conflict with Elina and her company it was just brushed off. it would've been interesting if we saw Daniel help and get involved to help her.

i understand the hype now i'm obsessed with this short story/ novella.😭😭❤️‍🩹 i still can't ever the fact how much love i have for the characters with only getting to know them in such few pages.

THE YEARNING THIS MAN HAS O M G🥹🥹 and the fact that we don't even know his name😭 the fact that he says Nastenka SO MANY TIMES (i forgot how many)

this man is very introverted and never had any human interaction until he make meet Nastenka🥹 the fact that they meet for only three nights and confessing their love for each other😭😭😭

what really hurt me is how Nastenka had a husband that hadn't spoke to her in A WHOLE YEAR and as soon as she saw him she went running towards him💔 like you're just going to leave the man that you've fallen in with just like that😭

i get though, they were both there for each other in the way they needed it the most. which hurt even MORE

i was curious to know why everyone was so confused when they read this.... i understand now WTF. i've never been so confused😅

i'll start with probably the only good thing i liked about this. the banter and chemistry Ronan and Mave had🙂‍↕️ ( this was before the twist cause AFTERWARDS I WAS PISSED) i highlighted so my quotes from Ronan cause he was down bad for her. like HIS FIRST CHAPTER OML😍

for me personally i wished this was longer. there was so many twist and turns and the ending felt rushed. i feel like if we had at least 100 more pages we would've got more into depth of what the last 20% was.

i swear the ending had me so lost and i was like is this really the ending😅

i will say the audiobook was really good i love the full casting and when the male speaks it's a male and vice versa.
