As I’m reading this, it’s reminding me a lot of Wide Sargasso Sea in the way that it provides a voice for previously voiceless female characters, particularly those who are depicted as “mad.” One quote that stood out to me was: “She may be witch-marked, she may be cleverer than her sex allows.” This really shows how society were so intimidated by intelligent women during this time period (and sadly still are to this day).

Inspired by a recent post by @LemonLime, share with us the one book you have been meaning to read for a long a time AND let us other users convince you to read it. You see a book you love here? Tell the boundling why they HAVE to read it asap. Do it in words, in GIFS, in quotes, however you want!
Additionally: You can also share with us your no. 1 book you want to recommend to everyone + the reason, and someone might see it and FINALLY be convinced to read it. :)
My book that I have been meaning to read for so long is The Will of the Many

I genuinely have no words. Or, more accurately, I have so many words that they're all cancelling out.
I have several questions, including but not limited to: Who, what, where, when, how, and why (Big on that last one).

This is so real; I've done the same thing more times than I can count!! Shy, nervous girls unite! (in the bathroom lol)
