i loved this book! the storytelling was very nice. the story was quite captivating. the author did a great job of showing within scenes instead of just telling them. i enjoyed reading a romance that wasn't extremely explicit. i hope there's more to benjamin & remembrance's story.

this book was required for my 300 hr yoga teacher training. i really enjoying creating themes for my classes and i think i approach it in an accessible way. so, i didn’t really learn much about creating that i hadn’t learned over the past half-decade of teaching. this book was interesting in the beginning and got VERY repetitive towards the end. i appreciated the encouragement to write down my teaching mantra, my “why”, and my mission statement.

This is one is hands down my favorite Morrison I've read so far. Highlights the beauty in how complex our lives are, both in how our parents raise us and our own decisions. On top of that, how it all weaves together in so many ways. I'll be adding to my personal library for sure.
