the less you know the better going into this, so all I will say is: stick with it past the first 100 pages, and you’ll be rewarded with a renewed sense of wonder and appreciation for the world

Wowowow what a ride!! Such a unique, interesting plot with a really well done romance subplot - I wouldn’t call this full on romantasy, more like fairytale fantasy with a touch of a love story. So incredibly entertaining, can’t wait to get book two!
