A Spell for Heartsickness (The Rune Tithe, #1)

Post from the A Spell for Heartsickness (The Rune Tithe, #1) forum
I’ve really enjoyed this book so far, the audiobook narration is incredibly engaging and brings each character vividly to life. The author’s attention to detail makes the world feel magical and immersive. That said, I’m currently about 74% in and finding it harder to stay invested. There’s a domestic violence subplot that one character openly excuses, which was disappointing and difficult to read. It’s a story with great atmosphere and charm, but that element definitely took away some of the enjoyment for me.

Decent Book. Writing style switches between a new character constantly, can be refreshing sometimes other times annoying. May have DNF if it wasn't an audio book.
