THIS is a work of art!! I literally can't wait for this to come out in english so everyone can enjoy this incredible piece of romantic literature.

First off I want to say that I am not a romance girly by any means, but Anabelle is cooking up something so devine that it is my duty to read her books. Match of Fate is an e-sports romance and deals with some heavy themes that the author wove intricately into the story with an incredible care for the topics. Especially the topic of toxic relationships was handled really well.

The characters are so carefully put together and the author doesn't stop at the main characters with that. Each character has their own little quirks and feels completely fleshed out down to the last bone, even people that we don't see on page a lot. The dialouge, the subtext and the characters were chef's kiss and the pacing was just right to always keep you on your toes and still have quiet moments where we get a glimpse of their lifes.

Nataly is literally a true gem. I already loved her in the first book (levles of love) and I adore her sense of humor. She is very relateable and most importantly, she's not perfect. The banter with Dylan is genuinely funny and the way their relationship unfolded was so heartwarming. It always felt like they both tickled the best versions of themselves out of each other. Also honorable mention to Natalys friends/roommates Lara and Aria which are the cutest and their friendship is to die for. Also the little Taylor Swift and gaming references at the beginning of each chapter were so cute! (not a big fan of TS but here I could tolerate it, even though Nataly is very obsessed)
