this book gave me a rollercoaster of emotions. I admired the lovestory it tackles for different relationships—from a lover, a sibling, a friend, a family, and for the country. it doesn't revolve around romance, it shows the different challenges inside the story. in this book it is not all about the monster, their enemy was their own families pride and greed.

i'm happy for mars and ben, my babies! i have a hunch that roma and juliette are alive, for my sanity. their love deserve freedom afterall that they've veen through. i hope they saw alaisa tho and be proud of her. overall, it was a good good retelling hope to read more books like this :))
