Thank you NetGalley for this Arc.
I loved this book from start to finish, the writing style, being fast paced and the impact it makes for me wanting the next book in the series immediately. Noah has put a lot of imputing to produce a fantastic world building book.
Will be definitely reading the next book to this series and his other works.

Thank you to NetGalley for this Arc.
For a debut author the writing is very good, making the reader more interested for what is to come in the next chapters.
I did enjoy the concept of this story, great world bending, However I felt that the plot dragged on a bit in the middle of the book than how the start and ending of the book grabbed me. This is because we are more focused on the romantic plot that goes back and foreword making me feel confused.
For someone who wants to get into romantasy this is a good book to start with.
When reading please check the trigger warnings too.

My mystery book club discord that I'm a part of just recently voted on our March and April book, Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson won, but the other books on the poll sounded really good, so I'm wondering which ones I should add to my tbr! If you've read any of these, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
• The Reappearance of Rachel Price by Holly Jackson • If We Were Villains by M.L. Rio • Too Old For This by Samantha Downing • The Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

I don’t usually read young adult books due sometimes being repeated the same stories but I thought to try it out with this book. However this book captured my interest from the first page. The concept, the writing and blends of topics that we are facing in our current society. I will definitely be reading more books from Alex Travis.
