This might be my favourite book of hers so far! Really loved the neurodivergent representation in this one.
The FMC was such a sweetheart and very relatable, so many of her struggles and fears sounded like they had been plucked from my own mind.
The other main characters were interesting, my favourite was definitely Alec he had the most substance as a character and his development was great to see. The romance was fun to read, including the spicy scenes đ¤
The only issue I had was that the relationships between all three men were not as well developed as I would have liked. There was just something missing.

This was so cute, and so wholesome indeed, with some really quirky characters that grew on me the more I read. Add flower magic, alchemy, and adorable magical creatures and there you have it, a whimsical little story worth the read in my opinion!
I enjoyed seeing Violetâs character development throughout the story, and her coming to terms with how she was brainwashed into thinking all sheâd ever be was an evil Thornwitch. I loved that by the end of the book, she embraced all of her magic and understood that thereâs no good or evil magic, but rather the choices a person makes determine this. Not the magic itself.
I liked the romance subplot, it was sweet, however it was not developed enough. Wish we got more scenes between those two, and more development into their relationship. It felt a little too quick for my tastes.
In terms of favourite characters, I have to say I ADORED the murderous sassy Pothos plant, Iâm sad we didnât get to see what happens with him since the story ended with some plot holes and he was one of them.
I think if the author had wrapped up all the mini plot lines, I would have given this a 5-star rating since it was really enjoyable, the characters are memorable, and the world was so silly and full of whimsy and magic. But for now Iâm sticking to my rating of 3.5 âď¸
