My thoughts: I was extremely happy with the way this trilogy ended. It was another roller coaster emotional read. My heart broke so many times for these characters. The tension between Eryndor and Amaria was INTENSE. And the slow burn was TOTALLY worth it. I also really enjoyed the incorporation of the dragons into this world.

Overall, this trilogy will hold a special place in my heart.

My thoughts: Not sure why I expected for my heart or mind to be intact at the end of this one. Thankfully, I have book 3 ready to go! This series has so many angles and perfectly placed plot twists, heart strings, and punch lines. Maxx still has it, after all.

But for real, I have been hooked through this whole series. I love all of the characters. The cast feels like a family that I'm invested in 100%. The dynamics, the feelings... just all of it has me rooting for every single one of them.

What in the world?! This was such a roller coaster of emotions. I loved seeing the whole series tie itself together, but I didn’t expect the emotional wreckage to continue on and blast off like it did. And that ending... are you kidding me, Lexi?! I need the next one... like yesterday. This series has a vice-grip on my heart.

I. AM. NOT. OKAY.

What in the actual shit... When I picked up Break Her Heart, I was expecting Bronwen’s heart to break... NOT MINE.

I read this in a single day. I DEVOURED it! I was on the edge of my seat waiting for the next page to bring me satisfaction and answers. And every time it did, it spun me around for more questions. And now, thank God, I have book 4 to begin so I can figure out what the heck happened.
