I’m about halfway through and it’s mostly vibes so far, but I’m enjoying it.

Post from the Medievally Blonde forum
Am I the only one disappointed the publishers ditched the genius title “Medievally Blonde” for the bland “The Princess Knight”? I’m guessing it’s for marketability which booooo, the former one fit so much better based on the author’s inspiration. It’s what initially drew me to this book—it stood out!

This was a rare read for me, I don’t normally go for sci-fi books although I very much enjoy movies set in space. But the premise hooked me and I decided the audiobook would be the better route. Boy was I right. I very much enjoyed the narrator (so did my spouse, who said the narrator read like he wrote the book). Really looking forward to the movie next year!

DNF’d after reading the sample. The narrative prose didn’t fit the material and made it hard to be immersed in the story. I agree with others about the protagonist reading flat and one-dimensional.
