I'm excited about the app, but I've found that I'm enjoying the website even more than what I expected to! I'm not sure if it's because it kind of feels peaceful not being on my phone (since it's became an extension of work for me), or if it just reminds me of simpler times, when I didn't have a phone and life felt less fast-paced. Either way, it's amazing to have something like this when everything else is filled with AI.

At the beginning I set my reading challenge at 24 books, thinking "on average, two books per month sounds like an achievable goal". But then not only I had to juggle between work and university, I had to endure a reading slump that stopped me from opening a book from like, april to july. I'm slowly starting to read again and i'm super happy about it but I decided to change my goal from 24 to 12 and it's the first time i've done this. I know life is life and sometimes you have to slow down a bit but I guess this hit me because during the pandemic my reading numbers sky-rocketed because (sadly) I had a lot of time available back then, and ever since my yearly book numbers have dropped. I don't know, any thoughts? Have you ever changed your number in the middle of the year or do you maintain it even if you know you won't make it?
