This is exactly what I hate about Hilo (hate is a strong word but idc I'm so mad at him). Wen sacrificed everything for him & the clan but all Hilo saw was how she disobeyed him. I know that's because he was very scared to lose her & because he loved her very much, but once again Hilo was self-centered. He never tried to see things from Wen (or Shae or Anden)'s perspective.
Wen almost died and the recovery journey wasn't easy, yet he had the audacity to sleep with other women? This is what enraged me the most. Hilo wanted to hurt Wen "as much as she hurt him" but hello??? at this rate your wife suffered more than you. You were the Pillar but you weren't special! Everyone had their own struggles and burdens, and it feels like he refused to be there for Wen while she was always there for him.
And I really hated how Hilo treated the women at the gentlemen's club. I wish Mrs. Sugo could ban him for good!
