Just wondering if anyone knows any good books like this, this makes me feel not scared to learn about science ( most books use a higher technical vocabulary that no one’s ever heard of ) .

At first i was a bit put off by the dialogue format of this book. After a few chapters i think it did help me get into the flow. Sometimes struggle staying focused while reading non fiction but it was not the case here. I simply often wished taht the young man would not even talk back - repeating so many times "you're not making any sense" isn't contributing to the book. The examples mentioned were very easy to grasp and enjoyable. I still found a few to be quite simplified, logical in a way that it could be even sophism.
Overall a really good book, definitely thought provoking. I've just been through a personal episode last week where i struggled after coming across two people's poor comments and fake attitute towards me. I know better but it still affected me a bit more than i'd wished. Reading this book definitely switched something in my brain and helped me put those negative thoughts finally behind me! 🖤

Tbh, I feel like this book just puts words to what we all think but dont really say. For example ( and this is not a spoiler) saying some people use their trauma as a way to hurt others/ excuse their actions… well its kind of what we all do generally think. When I was reading it I geniunly did think this book had “opened my mind” but on reflection it didnt teach me much, it just helped me put words to what I always thought. However on the other hand I do feel like I am emotionally intelligent of peoples behaviours so I would reccomend this for people who want to learn more about peoples behaviours or self reflection. I loved the delivery of this book, made it so easy to understand

I’m looking for Book buddies, who will share their opinion on books and won’t mind if I share my opinion on certain books :) Just a few people to interact on here because📖 - Tbh I don’t really have a lot of people irl that read so I would love to finally chat with a few bookworms 😊 🐛
