i thoroughly enjoyed this ! i absolutely loved the illustrations, especially the pages nearing the end :) a lot of what i read made me go âmmm !!â very very relatable. thankfully, i have not experienced the exact same level of judgement or reaction to my choice of not having children. however, being a 22yo afab person, i have received the classic âohh you are still so young, youâll change your mind.â i just find it very interesting when people think they know me better than i know myself. iâve changed my mind on a lot of things, but this feels more complex than that. i am confident in my choice to not be a parent, and sitting with this book made me feel validated ! 5/5, highly recommend for a quick and reflective experience :)
