I really don’t think Brandon Sanderson books are for me 😅 They’re not bad books at all, I’m just….finding it hard to stay fully engaged with them.

I came for the sentient spaceship and monsters; stayed because I became emotionally attached to literally everyone. Weird, funny, heartfelt, and impossible to put down. I loved this book so much.

While I am enjoying this, it’s just not hitting as good as DCC does. Maybe it’s because I’m trying to read it less than a month after I got through A Parade of Horribles (which made me sad), but I think I need to read something else right now and then come back to this.
