It's so incredibly beautiful how Rick Riordan represents kids with physical and mental disabilities and makes them feel special and magical. It's so heartwarming omg. To make kids that have felt "different" their whole life see themselves belonging in this fantastical world, I love it so much.

Am I on drugs? I physically can't pull myself away from this book, I was hardly able to stop and write this post. And I've already watched the show so it's not like I'm eager to know what happens next, it's just the magic that is Rick Riordan.

4.7 ā This was genuinely so adorable. In the beginning, I liked Dorian and James equally, but Addy and Dorianās banter was so good. And thank GOD there wasnāt a single āermā in the entire thing. This was just so cute, and I feel like it got me out of a slump, ācause I read it much quicker than Iāve been doing. It was so addicting to me. I think this was just a little bit better than āPicking Daisies on Sundaysā because the main character wasnāt annoying to me, it was just her mindset that I canāt really blame her for. (Even though it led her to make annoying decisions). The only thing keeping it from a 5 was that the issues would've been solved a lot faster if people would just talk to each other, even though it was understandable why they didn't.

After reading the acknowledgements, I have to say Jennifer Lynn Barnes could write 800 pages and call it a novella and I'd still read it, so the length of "the same backward as forwards" was no where near a problem girl. Speaking of, that story was literal perfection in every way, and my only complaint is I wish it was longer. WHICH will be happening soon when I read the book she wrote with Toby's pov. I'm beyond excited to read that. That masterpiece aside, all these stories were so heart warming, fun, and adorable in their own ways. I'm so happy to dive back into this world and the drama with the Hawthornes is always nothing short of amazing. I have the version with more stories that she didn't write for this book but could've, and all of them sounded so good and I hope she one day writes them. Especially the one that finally gives Tiramisu Panini Hawthorne her solo.
