edit: my level ended up changing not long after I posted this :)
yesterday I (finally!) surpassed 1,500 points but I didnât level up? I checked the FAQ and it still says that level 5 starts at 1,500 points. I also found people who are, like me, just barely over 1,500 and they are level 5. has this happened to anyone else? itâs not that big of a deal, I was just excited to finally get there and ended up a little disappointed.

I joined Pagebound two months ago thinking a 50-book goal was plenty ambitious. đŤ Then I hit 44 and panicked, so naturally, I moved the goalposts to 75 to keep the pressure on.
Meanwhile, Iâm scrolling past people casually logging book #213 like itâs nothing. Massive respect BTW! â¨đ¸
Where are we all at with our 2026 targets? Smashing it, moving the bar, or pretending the challenge doesn't exist?

I've been giving a lot of thought to the best way to sort my bookshelf and I'm curious, how do other people set theirs up?
Right now I have separated my books by format and then alphabetically by author. Separated by hard covers, paperbacks and mass market paper backs. I have my hardcovers on a riser and the mass market paperbacks go in front because they're short.
Also opinions on stacks? If I have a bunch of books by one author, in the same format I turn them on their side and stack them to save space
I've done other set ups in the past, I've organized by genre and then by author and I've even organized by height

I would always be angry, probably, and I would always be hurt. But I could choose what to do with that anger and hurt.
I really loved this conclusion. My mom has always said that while you can't control the things that happen to you, you can control your reaction to them.

Women are trained from birth to believe that motherhood is their highest biological calling, the pinnacle of their femininity. To âfailâ at achieving a conventional family unit is to âfailâ at all they are taught is good and beautiful and expected of them.

A collection of the pilot books for popular series, for those of us who love to follow a character's journey for as long as an author will let us! Some of the below series have heavily debated starting points and book read orders--in those cases the pilot was selected based on what seems to be the most popular approach.
