Who put a deeply touching depiction of female friendships in my weird perverted airplane girl litfic?
I enjoyed this book sooo much more than i thought i would. It was weird, it was funny, it was surprising moving! To have a friend that accepts you in all of your weird perversity, is the greatest gift one can receive. I think I’m gonna be thinking about this book for a long time.

Whether you love to hate or hate to love 'em, these literary bad girls are anything but well-behaved. *Disclaimer: we do not literally support the illegal and oft cruel behavior of these protagonists (usually); we support the authors bold enough to write them (always).

i usually put books in my TBR without knowing anything about it. some times they suck, some times they’re Amazing, and some times they just need a bit of patience. But i have the longest TBR in existence so i tend to only give my books around 50 pages before deciding if i’m dropping it or not. How long do you people stick with a not so great book?

I’m not particularly fond of modern phrases and such in vaguely historic worlds like this one but the use of “lighting up” as a phrase has me so tickled that I’m gonna let it slide this one time. I feel like the only people who say that they’re going to ‘light up’ are delinquent 15 year olds and men named Trevor. Hate it and also love it. Mostly love it because I think it’s funny.

Dramatic battles, tense political intrigue, unique world building...and is that maybe some romance I'm sensing? These books are not Romantasy but focus primarily on the SFF elements. Romance is a subplot and may not appear until later in the series, but when it does, you won't be disappointed.
